At RêveBijou, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our jewelry products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward refund policy.

All refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage not present at the time of delivery
  • Wholesale orders (special conditions apply - see Wholesale section)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email to initiate your return request
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions
  3. Package your item securely with the original packaging and include all documentation
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  • Credit to appear on your statement: Depends on your financial institution (typically 3-10 business days)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale purchases, different return conditions apply. Please refer to your wholesale agreement or contact our wholesale department for specific return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or a defective product.

International Returns

Customers returning items from outside our primary shipping regions may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which are not refundable by RêveBijou.
